Tasting notes
This blend of Gamay and poulard reach an incredible level of quality for a naturally sparkling wine. The bubbles are very thin and persistent which is quite unusual for this type of wine. The nose offers aromas of fresh pear and toasted hazelnut. The palate is racy and offers great tension. Impressive length on the finish.
