Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons. Should you wish to send us feedback on the delivery service, please send us a message via email at foxie@ambrosiadaily.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via direct message on our website.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer LOCAL shipping by our courier service partners, Janio and NinjaVan. All orders will be processed for courier pick-up once payment has been made and verified. Your orders will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by the courier service partners, and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, as well as the delivery load. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email indicated by you.

Do note that customers have to be 18 and above in order to purchase alcohol as stated by the local law. Please ensure that the law is followed, and we will report to the local authorities if found otherwise.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Shipping & Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 24 hours; however, a few orders can take additional 1 – 3 business days to process from the time placing your order. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. We will do our best to accommodate in any way.

Please note: We only sell in the Singapore market currently, with no overseas shipping arrangement for now.

General Shipping delivery to all Business & residential addresses

Insurance

Ambrosia Daily automatically provides insurance for each order placed online at no additional cost. Our insurance policy protects our customers from any damage or lost packages during transit.

Delivery Attempt

Tracking is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to ambrosia Daily. The customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the customer deciding to cancel the order.

Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
