Membership & Rewards Terms and Conditions

If a customer wants to make a purchase, he/she needs to register an account to complete the order. Once the account is set, the customer can start collecting points, and a Welcome Promotion of $5 will be credited into the account.

Membership Tiers

Q: When will I receive the Welcome credits?

A: Once you have signed up for an account, a welcome credit will be added to your account. You can check it by going to your profile and selecting the credits tab.

Q: What are the types of membership tiers available?

A: There are three types of membership tiers that we offer!

First is the basic tier, whereby once a new customer signs up for an account, you are automatically a member.

The second is the Silver Tier.

Lastly, we have the Gold Tier, the highest tier available.

Q: How do I become a member?

A: For the basic tier, click here to sign up and join our community!

For the Silver tier, spend more than $250 within 3months, and you will be automatically upgraded to a Silver member.

For the Gold tier, spend more than $500 within 6months to be automatically upgraded to a Gold member.

Q: What are the benefits of each tier?

A: For the Silver Tier, enjoy perks such as:

  • 5% membership discount
  • Birthday Voucher worth $5
  • Chinese New Year Voucher worth $5
  • Christmas $5 Voucher worth $5

For the Gold Tier, perks include:

  • Enjoy a 7% membership discount
  • Birthday Voucher worth $10
  • Preview new products and exclusive events
  • Chinese New Year Voucher worth $10
  • Christmas Voucher worth $10

Q: How will I obtain my voucher?

A: The voucher will be automatically added to your account based on the membership tier you are in! You can find the voucher by clicking on your profile and selecting the coupon tab.

Q: How do I know when my voucher expires?

A: When you head to your profile and enter the coupon tab, it will show the current coupon that is active, which means it is in use, and the expiry date.

Q: How do I find my profile?

A: At the top right of the website, there are 4 logos. Click on the second logo from the right, the one beside the shopping cart logo. From there, you will be able to enter your profile and see the points you have accumulated, as well as the orders you have place on the store.

Points System

Q: What is the member point system?

A: Members can collect points through spending at the store, where these points can later be used to help offset the final price at the checkout page.

Q: How does it work?

A: The system will automatically calculate the number of points you will earn from each purchase. It will then be added to your account.

Q: What is the conversion to points?

A: Members will earn 1 point for every $1 spent in the store. They will then be able to redeem $10 for every 100 points earned.

Q: How do I check the number of points in my account?

A: Head to your customer profile which can be found by clicking the second logo from the top right, beside the shopping cart icon. Then click into the points tab, and from there, you can see the number of points you have.

Q: Am I able to use my points at checkout?

A: Yes, you are able to use the points at checkout to help offset your final price. However, there is a limit to the number of points you can use.

Q: How many points am I able to use?

A: You can only apply your points when orders are above $30. The maximum number of points that can be used is 70% of your total accumulated points. The system will help calculate the number of points that can be used for each purchase.

Q: Is there an expiry date for the vouchers? 

A: They are valid for 3 months after the issued date.
