About the Winery:
An exciting and small side project by Florian Moll (Enderle &Moll) and his partner Géraldine. Since 2018 they have been producing natural sparkling wines (PetNats) under the name[trub: stoff], for which they use the same grape material as for their Enderle & Moll wines. So far there have been two different PetNats from 2018 and 2019 (“Propeller” and “Troubadour”).
Since the base wines for the Petnats are processed in a similar way to the natural wines from Enderle & Moll and no sulfur is used, the sparkling wines continue to develop for months on the bottle and "keep moving".
