Tasting Nose: Granit wine, brilliant and fat dress, first floral, spicy and more mineral nose in the aeration with this subtle and effervescent sensation of hopping acidity of the Granite of Thannenkich.

Palate: Impressive acid structure of tactile precision, intense salivation, and slightly acid vibrato. Salt, rangy wine, with a long and surprising mouth.

About the Wine:

Terroir of Saint Hippoltye, on a steep South-facing slope with historic terraces, is made of very degraded, poor and lean granite. The vines are complex and bring together the earliest varietals and Riesling in a salty symphony.

Pairing Tips:

• Completed with a starter of a meal, opening the appetite. And on soft goat cheeses!

• To be kept: It can be served now or kept for 10 years
